If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your online purchase; you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.

If an item is received damaged or defective, a picture may be required as requested.

 

At this time for a full refund we kindly ask that you bring the item back to our in store location and one of our sales representatives will gladly help you. Please provide us with your online receipt when coming to the store. Any returns will be issued back onto your card and you should see the refund in 3-5 days.

Items that are at a discounted price online or in store are final sale.

 

For international orders, the boutique is currently working towards sprucing up our policy. If you are unhappy with any order(s), you may ship back the item and you will see the full refund in your account within 3-5 business days from the day it is received in store.
